Your paid credit stays available while you revise, and your publication period starts after approval. Publication is a one-time payment for the stated period; renewal is manual.

All marketplace communication takes place in the City of Hats mobile app. Copy the publisher’s Hat ID from their contact page and add it in the app. You do not need a CyberSSS account to view or copy a Hat ID.
