These terms apply to CyberSSS accounts and marketplace publication.
Accounts and content
Use accurate information and a password unique to CyberSSS. You are responsible for your account, the content you publish, and authorization to represent any organization. Do not impersonate people or businesses, publish fraudulent opportunities, spam, or ask applicants to pay an employer to obtain a job.
Review and publication fees
A Talent profile is free with no time limit and no renewal fee; one job or project listing costs US$5 for 60 days; a consulting firm service profile costs US$20 for one year. Applicable tax is calculated and shown by Stripe before payment. For Talent, register your Hat ID, complete your profile and submit for approval without payment. For paid categories, choose a category, pay for one publication credit, then complete the listing. The credit is saved to your account. Publication requires review and, for paid categories, confirmed payment, and the stated period begins at approved publication. If changes are requested, the credit remains available while you revise. Removing a draft before publication releases its unused credit for a new listing in the same category. Fees buy publication, not a guaranteed job, contract, inquiry, response or verified qualification. Edits are free but may require review. Paid listings renew manually. Talent profiles do not expire automatically; keep your profile accurate and close it when no longer needed.
Keep information current
Close filled jobs and awarded projects promptly. Choose accurate locations, compensation currencies, remote eligibility, office expectations and contact Hats. Misleading or abusive content may be declined, removed or suspended.
Private contact
Applications, proposals and inquiries take place in the City of Hats mobile app. CyberSSS provides the recipient’s Hat ID, app download links and an optional listing reference. Copy the Hat ID, add it in the app and send your introduction there. Viewing a contact page or copying a Hat ID does not submit an application or send a message.
Cancellation and payment support
You may cancel before completing Stripe checkout. After confirmed payment, email admin@cybersss.com for payment assistance or to request any applicable refund. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. No automatic refund is promised for a filled job, closed project or lack of replies.
Privacy
Publish only information you intend to make public. Read the privacy policy for account, billing and listing data boundaries.
